RP500 Patch?

This may be too much to ask, if it is the right place to ask, but could someone possibly make a MAB patch for the RP500?

ive got an RP500, but how do you mean a MAB patch for it, are you on about something similar to one of his tones? if so, which one? i might have a look into it when i get a bit of time

Any MAB setting, really. I guess No Boundaries, since I'm working on playing that song. I would really appreciate it if you could make one.

ive been trying to get time to do this but ive been caught up with work alot of the time, and as much as i would love to do it, i dont even get much of a chance to play guitar more than once a week if that, as i say, i will try when i get time, but please dont rely purely on me, i hope to be able to do it this thursday the 23rd

ill admit it, i forgot, but there are valid reasons like being laid off from work and all that, but, why not just fiddle around with something like metalhead or something like that until it sounds right, thats all i would be doing anyway to be honest :-/

So my question is, will a patch for a RP350 work?

If so, I can provide you with the patch. If not, I can print out the settings from the 350 and you should be able to easily replicate on the RP500.

Ali has heard the tone of this patch, and it is based on MAB's live tone.

a patch for the 350 wouldnt work as far as i am aware, however the settings would be easy enough to put in if you posted them

Ok.. here is the settings (in the XML file that gets saved in X-edit)

As I said, it is based on MAB's live stage setup. As the MAB overdrive isn't available, I went with the Tube Screamer as that is what he used prior to the T-Rex pedal. The volume pedal is the on/off switch for the Tube-Screamer as the 350 can't turn on and off a pedal within a single patch.

The Amp B setting is all set to ZERO, as Michael uses the clean channel on an amp as a mute switch. So this replicates it.

Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Thanks.. I have actually made a couple of minor changes to this (as I recall, I dropped the treble a bit).. but don't have that with me. I will update it as soon as I can and post the actual patch here very soon.

Cool. I don't have this DigiTech device, but I'm getting an Axe Fx soon and will start trying to learn it lol. Hopefully I can get a good MAB like patch developed.
